Order confirmation

After you place an order, our team will contact you within 24 hours by WhatsApp message or phone call to confirm your order and delivery details.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may make up to three confirmation attempts through WhatsApp or phone call. If we cannot confirm your order after these attempts, the order would be put on hold for 3 days. After that, it would be cancelled if no contact is made.

Dispatch time

Once a Cash on Delivery order has been confirmed, it will usually be dispatched on the same or the next working day.

For bank deposit orders, the customer must send a clear screenshot or receipt of the payment through our official WhatsApp number, along with the order number and customer name. The order will be processed after the payment has been verified.

Once the bank payment is verified, the order will usually be dispatched on the same or the next working day.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • 2–5 working days for major cities
  • 3–7 working days for other cities and areas

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Bank deposit payments

Bank deposit customers must complete payment and send proof of payment through WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order. An order is not considered paid until the payment has been verified by Ameiko.

If payment proof is not received within the required time, the order may be cancelled.

Delivery address

Please check your name, phone number, and delivery address carefully before confirming your order. Address changes must be requested before dispatch. We may not be able to change the address after the order has been handed to the courier.

Delivery delays or failed delivery

If the courier cannot deliver because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer cannot be reached, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply according to the courier’s policy.
