Product Availability

Ameiko cannot guarantee product availability and products are subject to change without notice. Ameiko reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Product Information

We strive to make every piece of information as accurate as possible. Colors may appear different depending on your device or screen settings. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. If your payment has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order if unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp (+92 326 4562406) or email (ameikoofficial@gmail.com). Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our Return and Refund Policy. COD refunds are issued through bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, while bank deposit refunds are issued to a verified bank account.

Shipping Time

Shipping time for order delivery within Pakistan is 2-5 business days depending on location. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Orders are normally dispatched on the same or next working day after order confirmation.

Order Confirmation and Payment

Cash on Delivery: We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order. We make up to 3 confirmation attempts via WhatsApp or phone.

Bank Transfer: Payment must be received and verified before dispatch. Include your order number as the payment reference. Orders are normally dispatched on the same or next working day after payment verification.

If we cannot confirm your order, we may cancel it and will not dispatch.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule. After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned and a refund will be processed according to our Return Policy. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. We can only change addresses before dispatch. If your order has already shipped, use our Return Policy.

Typographical Error and Pricing

Ameiko strives to ensure all product information and pricing is accurate. Ameiko reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders due to pricing errors or product information errors, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. If your payment has already been charged, we will issue an immediate refund.

Customer Information

When you place an order, we collect your name, address, telephone number, payment information, and email address. We use customer information to process orders, arrange delivery, verify payments, provide customer support, and communicate about purchases. Information may be shared with trusted service providers, such as Shopify, payment providers, courier partners, and technology providers, only where necessary to operate our business and provide our services.

Ameiko is not responsible for indirect losses, delivery delays caused by third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
